It’s my pleasure to welcome all of our new students to the University of Southern Maine and a special welcome back greeting to our returning students including all of our Husky student-athletes. I’m certain the coming year will be exciting with tremendous opportunities to learn and grow in the classroom, in competition and in the community. I look forward to seeing everyone again and to meeting many new students who will experience USM for the first time. I encourage you to get involved and take advantage of the countless options for support, recreational activities and clubs as well as intercollegiate sports, whether you are a participant or a spectator. Here’s hoping your time at USM is enjoyable and one of the most important experiences of your life.
