There was a complaint of a ragged dressed man on the lawn in front of Luther Bonny Hall hollering at students. Officer Plourde said that the man is a regular on campus. The subject became quiet.

There was a complaint of loud music coming from Corthell Hall. The complainant requested that the windows be shut on the top floor.

There was an incident of theft and forgery at the Lewiston Auburn College Business Office. This is currently under investigation.

A computer was stolen from room 109 in Bailey Hall. This is currently under investigation.

Subject was bothering a person at Upton Hall. He ran as the officer arrived.

Subject described as bothering people in Upton Hall was reported to be the lobby of Anderson and was “getting in the RA’s face.” The subject in Anderson was a black male wearing back and white shirt, glasses and a baseball cap, and not the same person who was in Upton Hall. This subject was causing trouble because the RA wouldn’t wait on him by dialing the phone and calling for him. Subject decided to leave when the units arrived.

Three traffic cones were taken from the construction site in Gorham. This is currently under investigation.

The RD on duty at Upton Hastings Hall received a complaint of bongo drums and a crowd of 30 people hanging out in the courtyard at 1:05am. Group has been warned about being disorderly. The guitar and drums went inside and the vocalist stopped.

There was a complaint from the second floor of Upton Hastings Hall of loud people yelling in the room below. The RA’s were advised but is sounded like the people were yelling at the RA’s. The yelling calmed down, it was the subjects from earlier. The RA’s are A-Okay.

There was a complaint of a loud group of people in front of Dickey Wood Hall. There was a group outside and they were cleared out.

A patron was sitting at a computer in the Glickman Library with a 6 to 8 inch knife in a sheath resembling a hunting or “buck” knife. Officer spoke with two individuals concerning the knives and that the knives are not allowed on campus. The patrons were not aware of this and were very receptive. They left the building knowing that they could return without the weapons.

The musical group was playing in front of the Towers, in the rain. This has become a nightly event. The group has been verbally warned that the next time it will count as disorderly conduct.

Officer Swai requested help at one of the wings of Portland hall. Subjects would not open door. Units were cleared at 8:05 and the five will be written up for marijuana violation.

There was a report of harassment at the admissions house. The incident occurred on 9/20/04

Somebody reported that cash was stolen from his desk within the past four days.

A gentleman reported that his girlfriend’s credit card number was taken and used to pay a cell phone bill.

Neighbors of Portland Hall called to complain that a group was playing basketball in the driveway of the hall. The ball had gone over the fence several times and bounced of the neighbors cars. The group was spoken to and they stopped playing for the time being.

A group was outside in Portland using fireworks and yelling at 11:19pm. An officer made contact with the group and warned them about their actions.

In an act of criminal mischief a vehicle drove through the parking garage exit and did $85.00 worth of damage.

There were complaints of a loud intoxicated group yelling in front of Dickey Wood Hall. The group broke up.

Person was bothering somebody at the dining hall in Portland Hall. Sgt. Farr handled the call and made a report of stalking. The harassment is under investigation.

A criminal summons for theft was issued to Jeff Etienne, age 24, of 645 Congress St. Etienne has been charged with theft and credit card fraud. His court date is set for 11/01/04.
