Name: Lisa Muzeroll
Age: 38
Major: Psychology
Where are you from? Waterville
What brought you to the area? What do you think of it?
I moved here for school, and I like it.
Why did you choose USM?
I went here for two and a half years in the late eighties.
What would you do to make life better for the USM student?
Better food for the Portland Campus.
College: educational enrichment or four-year party?
I think it depends on your age. For me it’s education.
What is the most significant thing that you have learned here?
Computer programming.
What do you do when you are not at USM?
I go to the gym, but I’m still on campus. I watch CNN and Comedy Central.
How does your major and educational direction compare to your childhood aspirations?
It’s completely different. When I was a kid, it’s the nave “I want to be a school teacher or a nurse.” Then you grow up and your dysfunctional family shoves you in an area you never dreamed you’d be in. I don’t want to belittle teaching and nursing at all. I’m actually getting into Forensic Psychology. I’d like to work for the FBI.
If you could say one sentence to George W., what would it be?
You can’t print it.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
Really bad music. For example, Britney Spears. Her new song blows. Every time I come across her new video, it’s like watching a car wreck.
To where would you like to Travel and why?
That’s tough. It’s between Nepal and Italy.
Why not both?
OK. Nepal for trekking to Everest base camp and Italy so I can eat my way through it.
