Where are you from?
I was born in Concord, MA, but I was raised in Sanford, ME.
What brought you to the area? What do you think of it?
My family moved here when I was four. I like Maine in the summer, but the winters could be a little shorter.
Why did you choose USM?
It’s close to home, has the major I wanted, and I could get in-state tuition.
What would you do to make life better for the USM student?
More parking, better food, and cheaper books.
College: educational enrichment or four-year party?
College: an educationally enriched four-year party.
What is the most significant thing that you have learned here?
How to manage my time and my money.
What do you do when you are not at USM?
Hang out with friends, play soccer and hockey. I’m also assistant coach for Westbrook High varsity hockey.
How does your major and educational direction compare to your childhood aspirations?
Well, I’ve always loved watching movies and television, but never thought I would pursue a career in either. I always wanted to play pro hockey, and if I couldn’t do that I wanted to be a cop.
If you could say one sentence to President George W., what would it be?
Your father was better. Take lessons.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
BAD DRIVERS–they’re every where.
To where would you like to travel and why?
Italy and Ireland because they are both a part of my heritage–and Hawaii for obvious reasons.
