Mitchell A. Kell, 20, Gorham, was issued a summons to court for illegal transportation of liquor, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date has been set for Jan. 5, 2004.

Paul Dubiel, Jr., 20, Gorham, was arrested for driving under the influence of liquor on University Way. He was taken to the Cumberland County Jail.

A call was made from Portland Hall reporting a vehicle full of males blowing the horn, throwing things at cars and yelling up at the windows. A second call reported that the vehicle had left.

A vehicle was booted after parking in a 15 minute parking zone in front of Dickey-Wood Hall. The owner owes $435 in fines and broke an agreement with the parking office.
