Catherine “Cat” Lewis (New Gloucester, Maine) was named rookie of the week on Monday Oct. 27th. She helped the Huskies capture three wins (Oct. 20-26), including the program’s first ever victory over Eastern Connecticut.

What is a “side-out” in volleyball?
Side out is called when the team serving fails to score or plays the ball illegally. In Volleyball only the team serving is eligible to score points. A side out results in the serving teams losing their service to the opponent.
