PLAY. OUTSIDE. WHILE HELPING. Welcome to Winter is an outreach program targeting the country’s growing refugee and immigrant populations. Some of the population has not experienced winter before and does not know how to enjoy the season. Volunteers are needed to play with children, help set up, hand out hot chocolate.
