In any case, the message is clear that a majority of faculty have no confidence in President Botman. The program is vastly underfunded and understaffed. They can't get approval to hire more faculty, but are instead told to just increase course sizes, which are bursting at the seams! Their graduates are getting jobs upon graduation, right here in Maine. The problem is that it is a social service career, so it takes decades to make any "real" money, and today's students expect great pay to be handed to them. Sorry, it doesn't work that way!
