MeMUNC, a three-day Model United Nations conference hosted by USM for high school students, is looking for an Under Secretary-General for next May’s conference. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in public relations, marketing, business, communications, civic engagement and in addition, gain exposure to international affairs. The Under Secretary-General is responsible for:

• Maintenance of MeMUNC website (experience with iWeb preferred)
• Oversight of media and public relations efforts
• Oversight of fund-raising efforts
• General assistance to the Secretary-General and Director of Program

Requirements:

• Highly committed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of social media and basic web design preferred
• Enrollment in conference planners course this spring
• Open to all USM students
